YAYAs are addicted to change and variety. They don’t like to stay too long on one assignment. They are a generation of multi-taskers, and they can juggle e-mail on their BlackBerrys while taling on cell phones and trolling online.
Short-term
Many things in YAYAs lives are short-term. They don’t expect to stay in a job, or even a career, for too long. They are more likely to engage in short term romantic relationships.
