Sense of Entitlement

Young adults in the work force

“YAYAs feel a sense of entitlement when it comes to the job market because they have grown up in a world where they’ve been told they can have it all”

Instant Gratification

Contrary to what many people believe, YAYAs are not lazy. They merely grew up in a world of instant gratification and now expect to receive it constantly, in all aspects of their lives.

Self-worth

YAYAs believe that their self-worth is very high. They voice their opinion and strive to better the companies they work for.

Expections

YAYAs have high expectations for themselves, their employer and their boss. They are extremely proative from the start of any job or assignment. They have exectations to obtain higher-level positions at a quick pace.
