Who: RJI Student Competition teams pitch projects to industry professionals
When: 5 p.m., Thursday, December 3, 2009
Where: Fred W. Smith Forum, Room 200, RJI
Student teams will pitch their proposed solutions to one of the nine opportunities posed by Hearst’s Innovation group. Each team will have 15 minutes to showcase their concept, background research and a mockup of their proposal. A group of judges including Jacques Natz, Director of Digital Content for Hearst Television, and Michelle Nicolosi, the Executive Producer of seattlepi.com, will select five finalist teams following the pitch session. Those students will receive financial support from RJI and be teamed with project managers from Hearst to carry out their visions.
